Conditions

Booking and Payment

The booking fee is 15% (minimum 2000 krona) per person which shall be paid the latest 3 days after booking.  Terms and conditions shall serve as binding contract for client as soon as Upplevelseresor has dispatched the booking confirmation. Upplevelseresor cannot guarantee prices if the client has not paid the booking fee on time. Booking fee shall be deducted from the total amount package tour price and shall be paid the latest 30 days(thirty days) before the date of the tour.
If booking of the trip was done at a later time (minimum 30 days) prior to the departure, payment should be done immediately.

Tickets

Since we cannot always guarantee prices and regulations of tickets until they are fully-paid, we recommend that payment shall be at the time of booking.  The client is responsible for checking that all information which appears on booking confirmation is correct.

Cancellation and Insurance

Not included in the ticket price. For best possible travel security, we recommend that clients purchase travel and cancellation insurance.

Charges on cancellation of flight, hotel or package tour

(not applicable if travel documents are issued)

Period before departure

More than 30 days before departure, 5% of trip’s total price.  Minimum 2000 krona per person.
30-15 days before departure 30% of trip’s total price.
14-5 days before departure 50% of trip’s total price.
4-0 days before departure 100% of trip’s total price.

Kindly note that plane tickets are non-refundable after tickets have been issued.

Refunds are not permitted to clients who have failed to present themselves during the time of boarding, failure to carry correct documentation (passport, visa, tickets or vaccinations) thus preventing the clients to travel.  As clients, you are responsible for the abovementioned.  See clause 8.3 in Konsumentsverket’s general travel conditions.

Cancellation of Flight

Should you wish to make any cancellations to your confirmed holiday, you must notify us as soon as possible. Travel documents shall immediately be returned.  In the event that cancellation of booked flight happened quite close to the departure date, clients must notify Upplevelseresor and airline immediately.

Flight

The airlines which Upplevelseresor use are responsible towards passengers according to the existing conditions and provisions.  These mean that airlines are liable for welfare of passengers when they are on board. The ticket is a personal property and is non-transferrable.

Itinerary Changes

As passengers, you are liable to check flight information (departure and arrival).  You shall reconfirm your flight with the airline within 72 hours prior to departure.

Price and Currency Changes

In the event of ticket price increase, Upplevelseresor reserve the right to adjust ticket price.  These adjustments can be due to changes in exchange rates, new ticket price, taxes, changes in flight schedule, et al.  See Clause 5.5 of Konsumentverket’s General travel conditions.

Complaints

Possible complaints regarding your trips shall be reported immediately to hotelier, airline or other customer service representatives who have the authority to immediately take care of your problem.  Complaints after the flight shall be filed formally and forward to us latest one month after you have returned.
